Hi! My name is Pam. I developed this site to document my journey to a healthier lifestyle, both through what I am cooking and in my daily choices (note: that doesn't meant that everything, especially recipes, are going to be healthy - I believe you need to indulge every so often).
I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. This site is a way for me to document my progress towards a healthier me, and to share my journey (ups and downs).
